Stone creek Designs uses sterling silver, 14k and 18k gold, bronze, copper as well as precious and semi-precious stones in its designs. Bronze coated in a heavy layer of 14K gold is also used. This wears just like gold fill materials, does not tarnish and lasts for years and years. When ever possible, metals are derived from recycled sources. All work is handcrafted and variations can occur.
Orders may be placed via email, phone, or web. Cancelled or returned checks are subject to a $25.00 surcharge. Prices are subject to change.
Most orders are sent out within 2 weeks of your order with delivery confirmation. Certain items that are made to order may exceed 2 weeks. Please contact me if you have a specific occasion, and I will do my very best to accommodate you! The jewelry comes in a gift box with a bow.
Returns are accepted for exchange or store credit only, within two weeks of shipment. All items must be returned in the same condition they were received. Return shipping costs are non-refundable. Please contact me before returning items for specific Return Address information. Custom orders are final sale and not eligible for return or exchange.
I stand behind my work 100%. Stone Creek Designs offers repairs due to user wear, production fault, lost earring mates, or any other alteration to our pieces. Elective repairs are available for a service charge plus the costs for certain additional materials and shipping. Please contact me for a specific Repairs Address.
Shipments to addresses in Arizona will be charged a sales tax of 6.35%
